Can You Let Go Of The World's Most Popular Food?

Statistics show from 2016 that wheat production was 910 billion dollars. It was 752 Metric tons. With that number, take a look at health issues. 75-90% of the world is impacted by food intolerances. 200,000 new cases a year prop up for Celiac Disease.  Their are 3.5 million doctor visits annually for IBS. 60% females, 30% males. Not everyone goes to a doctor so its not entirely accurate.

My personal story with wheat has always been negative. I struggled with reactive Hypoglycemia in my twenties, and could only have whole wheat. I didn't like how I felt on any of it. By 2006, I was having major digestive issues. I stubbornly held on to my wheat fixation even though my stomach was miserable.

IBS is something, that unless you have it, you won't understand how bad it is. I had what you would call episodes. I'd eat an offending substance like wheat, too much sugar, or fat, and a short time later I was on a toilet sweating, pain shooting through my lower abdomen to the point of wanting to pass out. I'd have to sit near a sink and dump water on my head from the heat. Numbness would go through my limbs. Then diarrhea. I'd stagger off weak, and have to lie down dizzy. It would take hours of Immodium, and a heating pad to calm it down.

I put up with that for years until 2016. I started taking Bragg's Raw Vinegar, and truthfully it helped 80%! If I also avoided trigger foods, the combination worked. I no longer have episodes the same anymore. Bragg's has took away the cramps, and gas, so if I do go, Diarrhea might come out easily, but no pain! Odd but true. Bragg's is a prebiotic that introduces friendly bacteria to your gut.

I ate wheat sometimes, but a new disorder wreaked havoc on me.

Six hours after eating wheat, stomach virus like symptoms would appear and last all night. The only things that stopped was a ton of Charcoal, or my discovery of raw garlic. I'd be up all night, fighting a squirming stomach. I always thought to myself that my body was attacking itself. Sure enough, it was!! I found out that due to Gliadin in wheat, it causes your body to have an autoimmune response. Wheat causes the body to attack itself.

The above snippet is on google.

According to Dr. William Davis a lot of conditions could be eliminated by giving up wheat:

Acid Reflux
IBS
Joint Pain
Eczema
Mood Swings
Fatigue
Anemia
Fibromaylgia
Leg Swelling

The phytate in two slices of whole grain bread can reduce iron in your body by 90%. Its the second cause of Iron Deficiency Anemia, a condition that affects 2 billion people.

I can personally tell you, I've had anemia for years due to wheat ingestion, Candida, and IBS. They suck it clean out of your body.
Once I gave up wheat for good in January of 2017, I noticed a difference. Alert, no stomach pain, more energy, no aches and pain, iron levels improved.

I only eat wheat now by accident and I can tell fast when its hit me. Most people hate being told to give up wheat because its addicting. Yes you heard right. Its addicting as Opiods and that's why people crave it intensely.

I dare you to see how your body responds without it. Its worth it. Developing Leaky Gut, Candida, and IBS, aren't worth it!

Be wary though of some types of gluten free, like cornstarch, rice flour, potato flour, and tapioca starch. These cause high blood sugar. Try Almond Flour, and Coconut Flour.
