I feel a strong desire to write this. As a migraine sufferer, I know what it feels like to have your mind be blown apart by the shock of illness. You feel inhuman. Your life becomes a blur. You are a robot. It is not something you should ignore. What to do? don't go it alone.  i beg of you, don't. I know companionship is hard to come by, and some of us are single, alone, so what to do? I went to the clinic recently, and the nurse thought the machine was messed up, and took my blood pressure twice. Reason? Reading is 111. Amazing. It was 125 a few months ago, but since I eat raw garlic cloves about once or twice a week, my blood pressure has lowered again. Garlic has been in pill form for years, and has worked wonders on cholesterol levels. I can honestly tell you to chew, crush raw garlic a few times a week, and wait for the benefits. Insomnia Tips That Work

I have wanted to write about this for years, but only when I had answers. I hate reading crappy articles that repeat useless dribble that leaves hardcore sufferers in the dark. I've had Chronic Insomnia for years. I can't get to sleep without a pill. A few weeks ago, I started taking Magnesium an hour before bed. Within half the time, I felt tired. Going to sleep on it worked about 70% of the time. You wake up later though sometimes, and I would grab a bit more and sure enough it would work. I also was given by a doctor Amitriptalyn which is crap in some ways.  The less you take the better, and mostly I have to take Benadryl an hour later, and combine it. That has worked. As I've written before, I have an overgrowth of Candida in my gut. One symptom is a massive craving for sugar. One bag of gummies is gone at the end of a day. My yeast has spiralled so out of control now, I fit Systematic Candida symptoms of allergies, stuffiness, migraines every day. When I ran out of medicine, I realized..
