Its sugar that makes us fat as well worse than any other food. I've come up with some tips to help: • Eat fruit throughout the day, in place of table sugar. I've been trying this for a few weeks. I'll eat fruit two to three times a day, my favorite fruit, and it helps reprogram my brain to crave it instead of candy, desserts,etc. Go on Pinterest . Look at pics of fruit, it can really get you excited when you think of fruit to use in smoothies, fruit ice cream, sorbet, fruit salads. • Eat one serving of sugar a day planned out in advance. Insomnia Tips That Work

I have wanted to write about this for years, but only when I had answers. I hate reading crappy articles that repeat useless dribble that leaves hardcore sufferers in the dark. I've had Chronic Insomnia for years. I can't get to sleep without a pill. A few weeks ago, I started taking Magnesium an hour before bed. Within half the time, I felt tired. Going to sleep on it worked about 70% of the time. You wake up later though sometimes, and I would grab a bit more and sure enough it would work. I also was given by a doctor Amitriptalyn which is crap in some ways.  The less you take the better, and mostly I have to take Benadryl an hour later, and combine it. That has worked. For those suffering with insomnia, I can tell you... Try Magnesium- It helps you to unwind, helps your muscles relax, decreases the stress hormone cortisol. As I've written before, I have an overgrowth of Candida in my gut. One symptom is a massive craving for sugar. One bag of gummies is gone at the end of a day. My yeast has spiralled so out of control now, I fit Systematic Candida symptoms of allergies, stuffiness, migraines every day. When I ran out of medicine, I realized.. You have got to cut back on sugar.  So as I stood picking out clothes for church, tears came. Its hard having a deadly gut disorder that doctors don't care about or refuse to listen to.
