Tumeric is a great spice. It kills bad bacteria, helps with inflammation, can help some gut problems such as Candida as well as the immune system. It can be used as a natural form of Advil. Recently, I had these pressurized teeth headaches on the right side of my mouth. It went into my ear tube.
